About Tamera Diaz, LMFT

Licensed Marital and Family therapists focus on healing and building healthy relationships. Relationships are an essential part in all areas of life. I have a long history working with individuals and families with a variety of concerns, such as substance abuse, anxiety and depression, parenting, adolescence, and grief. I have the training to provide Christian principles and strategies, if requested.

My therapy style naturally leans toward psycho-education, cognitive behavior therapy, solution-focused, internal family systems and schema work. I love to learn and always willing to sharpen my skills to provide new interventions when needed.

I strive to offer a non-judgmental and safe place to share openly. I believe everyone is traveling along their own journey, each having a purpose and hope in the future. My hope is to act as a traveling companion to assist in navigating the more difficult seasons and roads in the journey.
